Every hospital must publish a machine-readable file (MRF) of its standard charges. This is our working record of finding and using those files for the 2639 hospitals we cover: where each file lives, when we captured it, and whether it yielded usable prices for the shoppable procedures we track.

This tracker states observations, with receipts — it is not a CMS compliance determination; only CMS enforces the Hospital Price Transparency rule. A hospital missing some tracked codes may simply not offer those services.
